Similarly, the investment advisors and other service providers to the products administered by the Olympia Capital companies use the Shareholder Services Group as liaison.

Investors are kept apprised of their shareholdings in the administered funds; investment advisors may rely on the specialized experience of the in-house staff to provide assistance in the transaction of certain negotiated placements, purchases and sales of investments (including trading activities for funds-of-funds), and all liaison with shareholders for marketing communication and tax reporting purposes.

Olympia Capital uses a proprietary shareholder servicing system with multiple layers of security and built-in checks and controls.
