Performance Reporting. Olympia Capital International will, at a manager's request, distribute NAVs and performance data to existing investors, potential eligible investors and data service providers in an efficient, timely manner. Performance data is typically sent out via e-mail or fax to a carefully vetted database of eligible recipients. Data service providers (online, print or database medium) are an effective way to distribute information on funds. Over the years, we have developed close working relationships with all major data service providers. Because of our established relationships with data service providers, we can ensure that funds we administer are placed quickly and properly. In addition, our staff reviews the data service providers' fund listings on a regular basis to ensure that all subsequent data is current and was input or downloaded accurately by the data service provider. Once listed with data service providers, funds may be mentioned articles or in password protected "alternative investment" websites worldwide or through other regulatory compliant means. These websites and specialized channels may in turn cater to eligible investors that may otherwise be difficult to reach.

Statistical Analysis. Olympia Capital maintains up-to-date NAV and performance histories for every fund we administer and their competitive indices in a database, which interfaces with a statistical software package. This tool allows us to perform sophisticated statistical analysis on every fund we administer. Performance statistics can be provided to the investment manager on the funds he or she manages. With the investment manager's permission, such information may be provided to eligible investors on a regular basis.

Marketing Documentation. Given the performance reporting and statistical analysis tools we have at hand, we can provide investment managers with marketing documentation on their funds to aid their marketing efforts. These documents include monthly performance reports, executive summaries, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). This service may be particularly useful for those managers that are in start-up mode or do not wish to hire an extensive marketing support staff initially.
