Our legal department headquartered in Bermuda, with Priscilla Murray-Brown as head counsel, reviews all documentation in respect of administered funds, and coordinates with legal counsel of clients' managers or sponsor's. The legal department also oversees the ongoing corporate governance function and addresses compliance and regulatory issues for fund clients.

While the legal department of Olympia Capital does not replace an investment manager's or sponsor's own legal counsel, our specialized knowledge can be of invaluable help. Prior to the launch of a fund, internal counsel will conduct a thorough review of offering and subscription documentation in coordination with related operational and accounting professionals.
