Registered investors in offshore funds administered by an Olympia Capital entity may access their account information by entering into the password-protected portion of the site. The party which signed the subscription agreement for the offshore fund is known as the registered investor. If a financial institution is the registered investor, it will be issued the user name and password, and will, at its discretion, and at its own risk, pass this information onto the beneficial owner, should one exist.
